This website is self-hosted by Tim Didelot on a private server located in France. No third-party hosting provider is involved.

In accordance with the French Data Protection Act (Loi Informatique et Libertés) and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), you are informed of the following:

Data collected

  • Account data: email address, hashed password, and optional display name — used solely to authenticate registered users.
  • Feedback data: star ratings, optional text messages, custom form field values, the URL of the page where feedback was submitted, and the browser's User-Agent string — collected on behalf of the project owner who embeds the Feedeko widget.

Purpose

Data is used exclusively to provide the core service: storing and displaying feedback for the project owner. No data is sold, shared with third parties, or used for advertising purposes.

Retention

Data is retained for as long as your account exists. You may request deletion at any time by contacting the publisher.

Your rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or port your personal data. To exercise these rights, please contact Tim Didelot via timdidelot.fr. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the French supervisory authority: CNIL (cnil.fr).

4. Cookies

Feedeko uses a single session cookie (next-auth.session-token) strictly necessary to keep registered users logged in. No tracking, analytics, or advertising cookies are used.

All content on this website — including source code, design, and text — is the exclusive property of Tim Didelot unless otherwise stated. Any reproduction or redistribution without prior written permission is prohibited.
